 Ingredients:

Waterchestnut

Tomatoes

Oil

mustard seeds

one dried red chilly

Curry leaves

Green garlic

Coriander-cumin powder

Turmeric powder

Red Chilly powder

Coriander leaves

Salt according to taste

Method:

First wash and chop the waterchestnut in small pieces. Now take oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, one dried red chilly, curry leaves. Add waterchestnut to this and let it cook for 5 minutes. Then add chopped tomatoes. Once the tomatoes are cooked add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander-cumin powder, and chopped green garlic.

Nutritive value:

 The waterchestnut is high in calcium and protein. Hence its good for bone health.
