Ingredients:
Puffed Amaranth seeds – 1 cup
Fox nuts – 1 cup
Rose petals – 10 to 12
Honey- according to taste
Jaggery – as needed
Goat milk – 2 cups
Method:
First dry roast the puffed Amaranth seeds and fox nuts. Then add the goat milk and let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes. Then add honey or jaggery to the milk and mix well. You may add rose petals for flavour. Additionally, you may also add cardamom powder. The kheer is ready to serve.

The fox nuts and Amaranth seeds help control weight. They are high in calcium content and hence help to make your bones strong. It also has high fibre content and helps in digestion.
