Ingredients:
Ragi (Finger millet) Flour – 1 cup
Oats – ¼ cup
Edible gum – 2 tsp
Dessicated Coconut – 2 tsp
Sunth- Ganthoda-methi (Dried ginger- pipramool-Fenugreek seeds) – 2 tsp
Ghee – 1 cup
Grated Jaggery – ½ cup
Pepper powder – a pinch
Method:
Heat some ghee in a kadai and roast the ragi flour. After the ragi flour is roasted well add the edible gum to it and roast. Once the gum is cooked , add the oats. Now, add the sunth-ganthoda-methi and mix well. Add dessicated coconut, jaggery and pepper powder. Mix everything well and then add the cashewnuts and almonds. Now make laddus out of this mixture.
