Ingredients:
Dodi leaves – few
Banana leaf – one
Coriander leaves – few
Spinach – few
Fenugreek leaves – few
Beetroot leaves – few
Radish leaves – few
Carrom (Ajmo) leaves – few
Tulsi leaves – few
Gundi (Grey leaved Saucerberry) leaves – few
Cheel leaves – few
Wheat flour – according to quantity
Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
Dessicated coconut – 1 tsp
Groundnuts – 1 tbsp
Salt according to taste
Method:
Wash all the leaves well and crush them together to make a paste. Now add sesame seeds, groundnuts, dessicated coconut, and salt to this mixture. Now keep adding wheat flour to this mixture gradually kneading a dough. Then make Bhakris out of this dough.
This bhakri can be stored for 4 days.

These Bhakris are high in vitamins, protein, iron and folic acid. Due to its high nutritive value it is ideal for small children.
