Saragva (Drumstick leaves)

Ardusi leaves (Vasaka)

Nagod leaves (Chaste tree)

Fresh Green Ajmo leaves (leaves of carrom tree)

Tulsi

Ginger

Fresh raw turmeric

Curry leaves

Organic Jaggery

Method:

First chop all the leaves finely. Take 1 & ½ glass of water. Boil the leaves in the water till only one glass of water remains. Then add organic jaggery and pepper as per taste. Serve this herbal tea when hot.

This tea is effective in cough and cold. It can also be inhaled when you are suffering from cold.
