 Ingredients for Hisbiscus Flower Sherbet:

Hibiscus flowers

Mint leaves

Black salt

Pepper powder

Organic jiggery

Method of Sherbet:

Collect the Hibiscus flowers before sunrise and remove the green stem from the flower. Wash the flowers and crush them. Now filter the crushed flowers. Keep the residue aside. Add finely chopped mint leaves, pepper powder, black salt and crushed organic jaggery to the filtered flower paste. Add water in desired quantity to prepare Hibiscus Sherbet.
