 Bajri flour – 200 gms

Jaggery – 150 gms

Ghee – 150 gms

Cashewnuts & Almonds – 5 each


Heat the ghee in a kadhai (wok). Add the powdered jaggery after the ghee melts and make a thick syrup. Then add the bajri flour. Mix everything well and put off the gas. Now spread the Sukhadi mixture evenly on a plate greased with ghee. Garnish with finely chopped cashewnuts and almonds. Cut the Sukhadis in pieces and its ready to eat.

Medicinal value:  

Bajri and jaggery are good for bone health while jaggery and ghee are good for strength.


Bajri helps in reducing cholesterol levels. It also builds immunity. Ghee-Jaggery improves your digestion.
