White desi corn

Buttermilk

Red chillies powder/pepper powder

Cumin

Salt  – as per taste

Method:

Take the white desi corn in a clay pot and cook in buttermilk till the corn is totally boiled. Once it is cooked add to this red chilli powder/pepper powder, cumin and serve hot.
