 Ingredients:

Waterchestnut (Shingoda) – 250 gms

Raagi (Finger millet) – 2 tsp

Ginger -Chilly paste

Pepper

Coriander

Roasted Cumin

Aamchur (Dried Mango) Powder /Lemon

Salt – as per taste

Chaat masala

Method:

Grate the waterchestnuts. Add salt, ginger-chilly paste, aamchur powder/lemon juice, chaat masala, sugar and finely chopped coriander. Mix everything together and make small roundels to form roasty.
