Ingredients:
Moraiya (Barnyard Millet) – 1 cup
Finely chopped pistachios – 2 tsp
Jaggery – ½ cup
Ghee – 2 tsp
Water – 2 cup
For serving:
Ghee
Powdered Sugar
Pistachios
Method:
Boil the water adding jaggery, pistachios and ghee. Then wash Moraiya well and add it to the boiling water. Keep stirring it constantly and cook for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Then garnish with ghee, powdered sugar and pistachios before serving.
