Dodi Leaves Thepla and Garlic Chutney

 Ingredients Dodi Leaves Thepla:

Dodi leaves – 100 gms

Wheat flour – 2 cups

Oil – 4 tsps

Green chillies- 6

Red chilly powder – 1 tsp

Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

Coriander-Cumin powder –  1 tsp

Curds – 2 tsps

Salt acc to taste

Coriander leaves


In a large plate take wheat flour. Add chopped Dodi leaves and all the other ingredients including the salt and finely chopped coriander leaves. Now make a chapati type dough. Place a tawa on the gas stove. Separate the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thick thepla. Now cook the theplas on the tawa using oil on both sides. Enjoy Dodi leaves Thepla with garlic chutney or pickles.
