Soak the wheat for 24 hours. Take a clay pot and use a traditional coal-based stove for this recipe for the ‘slow-cooking’ process. Take 4 to 5 times more water than the quantity of wheat. Then boil the wheat in the clay pot on coal stove for 4 to 5 hours. When the wheat is boiled and cooked well add ghee, raw turmeric, salt, vegetables as per your taste and serve hot.
